ASKR — Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21.10.2026 Effective from: 21.10.2026

These terms form a contract between you and us. Please read them before you use ASKR. By creating an account or paying for access, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

ASKR is operated by Intellr Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17302242).

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Intellr Studio Ltd. "You" and "your" mean the person using ASKR.

You can contact us at info@intellrstudio.com

2. What ASKR is — and what it is not

ASKR is a diagnostic tool. You describe a business problem, and ASKR analyses it live against evidence, returning findings that show their source, when the source was retrieved, and what it says.

ASKR may also offer you a hand-off to a human expert who can look at your case.

ASKR does not provide regulated advice. Nothing produced by ASKR or by an expert through ASKR is legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accountancy advice, medical advice or any other form of professional or regulated advice. We are not a law firm, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

ASKR produces output using artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, even where a source is cited. The citations tell you where a finding came from — they are not a guarantee that the finding is correct, that the source is reliable, or that it applies to your situation. You are responsible for checking findings before you rely on them, and for taking professional advice where your decision warrants it.

Decisions you make after using ASKR are your decisions.

3. Who can use ASKR

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. ASKR is intended for use in connection with a business, trade or profession, but these terms are written to apply to you as a consumer where consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded.

4. Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you think someone else has accessed it.

Do not share your account with anyone else.

5. Price, payment and renewal

Introductory access — £5. This gives you 48 hours of access covering one problem and one expert hand-off. Access starts as soon as payment is taken.

Membership — £19 per month. This gives you continued access to your expert and unlimited cases while the membership is active.

Please read this part carefully:

  • Unless you cancel before your 48-hour introductory period ends, your access converts automatically to a £19 per month membership, and the first monthly payment is taken at that point.
  • The membership then renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.
  • We will remind you by email before your introductory period converts, and we will tell you the date and the amount.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. You authorise us to take recurring payments through Stripe on the schedule above.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend your access until payment succeeds.

We may change our prices. If we change the price of a membership you already hold, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Cancelling and refunds

6.1 Cancelling your membership

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

6.2 Your 14-day right to cancel

As a consumer you normally have 14 days from entering into the contract to cancel and receive a refund, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Because ASKR is supplied to you immediately, at checkout we ask you to request that we start supplying the service straight away and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. If you cancel within the 14 days after we have started but before full performance, we may charge you a proportionate amount for what you have used.

6.3 If something goes wrong

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in these terms. If the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction.

Outside of your statutory rights, refunds are at our discretion.

7. What you may and may not do

You agree not to:

  • use ASKR for anything unlawful, or to obtain output you intend to use unlawfully;
  • upload material you do not have the right to share, including someone else's confidential information;
  • upload special category personal data (health, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, sexual life or orientation, biometric or genetic data, trade union membership) or criminal offence data;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or build a competing product from ASKR or its output;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits or security controls;
  • abuse, harass or threaten our staff or our experts;
  • misrepresent ASKR's output as independently verified, regulated advice, or as our endorsement of a decision.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach this section.

8. Human experts

Where ASKR hands your case to a human expert, that expert will be able to read the case content you have submitted, including the material you gave ASKR. See our Privacy Policy for how this is handled.

Experts give their own views. We take reasonable care in selecting experts, but we do not warrant that any particular expert's opinion is correct, and an expert's opinion is not regulated advice unless they tell you separately that they are acting in a regulated capacity under their own arrangements with you.

We cannot guarantee a specific expert, a specific response time, or continued availability of any individual expert.

9. Your content and our content

Your content. You keep ownership of everything you submit to ASKR. You grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content. We own ASKR, its software, its branding and its underlying materials. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own business purposes while your access is active.

Output. You may use the findings ASKR produces for your own business purposes. Output may not be unique to you; we may generate similar output for other users.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ASKR available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

ASKR is a developing product. We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces the service you are paying for, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a refund of any pre-paid amount covering the period after the change.

11. Our liability to you

We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that:

  • We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen, or if at the time of the contract both parties knew it might happen.
  • We are not liable for business losses — including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity — because ASKR is supplied to you as a consumer for use in a business context, and we supply it on the basis that we do not accept responsibility for those losses.
  • We are not liable for loss arising from you acting on ASKR's output or an expert's opinion without appropriate professional verification.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 or the total amount you paid us in that period.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access immediately if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if we are required to do so by law. Where we end your access without cause, we will refund any pre-paid amount covering the unused period.

You may stop using ASKR at any time by cancelling as set out in section 6.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with ASKR, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will respond within [X] working days. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider — we will tell you if one is available to you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any change that materially affects your rights, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use ASKR after that date means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

These terms are the whole agreement between us about ASKR. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may transfer this contract to another business if your rights are not affected; you may not transfer it without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
